Go Global: Student Exchange Programs
The University of British Columbia provides UBC students with many exciting study opportunities for international mobility. Students are allowed to take up to half of their degree program requirements from approved international universities. UBC also welcomes students from universities where there are mobility agreements. Chapter X of the UBC calendar - Alternative Study Options - gives full details under the heading Go Global: Student Mobility Programs.
There is also a Web site dedicated to providing incoming and outgoing students with detailed information. http://students.ubc.ca/global/.
Students in the Bachelor of Education Programs or who are planning to enter these programs are encouraged to look into enriching their teacher education through a student mobility experience. Experiences may be for short term of one month to as much as one term. Please see an advisor in the Teacher Education to explore going global.
