New to WebCT?
WebCT is simple to learn. You access it through your browser and do not need to install anything else (unless you are instructed to have a plug-in). In order for WebCT to work properly your computer must meet the technical requirements (link to page). WebCT works with both Internet Explorer and Netscape although it was designed mainly for Netscape.
Once you've correctly entered your userID and password through the UBC elearning portal, you'll arrive to a page called "My WebCT".
You'll see one or more courses listed on the left hand side. Click on the course to enter it. Once you are logged in here you will have access to all the courses you teach.
